Music for Besieged (1982)
This set of pieces was specially created to be played back as part of Besieged - a show of paintings by visual artist Patricia Smith. Details are long forgotten, but I believe the show was in Camden, NJ. Recordings were mostly made in the Notekillers' Olney rehearsal space - the basement of "Beauty on a Budget" - with the piano recordings done at the Neupauer Conservatory of Music in center city Philadelphia. Processing was done using a Lexicon PCM 42.
D.F. - orchestra bells, toy organ, bowed cymbals, piano, processing.
